Instead of a coffee, try a Toffee! This tastes similar to coffee, its's yummy, supports the liver (great for energy), reduces inflammation (anti-ageing) and contains antioxidants, magnesium (good for heart, bones and muscle relaxant), sulphur (strong nails, improves skin). It also contains mood stimulants, Anandamide (bliss chemical) and Arginine an amino acid that helps to reduce blood pressure.

1 tspn Dandelion (I like 'Roasted Dandelion' by 'Kintra')
1 tsp Turmeric grated (or organic Turmeric powder)
1 level tsp cacao
1 drop Bergamot essential oil
Optional : 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper & 1 inch of vanilla bean
1 Cup coconut milk or almond milk
Use small saucepan or small jug for stovetop as in image. (This helps steam the milk well)
Add 1/4 Cup water and bring to boil.
Add Dandelion, Turmeric, Cacao, Vanilla bean and cayenne pepper.
Reduce heat to high simmer and stir well with wooden spoon.
Add coconut/almond milk and allow a few minutes for liquid to steam up like a cappuccino.
Remove from heat when liquid rises to top.
Pour through strainer into favourite cup stir in one drop of Bergamot.
Serve with sprinkle of cacao or nutmeg.
